Fadi El Abdallah, ICC spokesman and head of Public Relations counters statement made yesterday by Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara regading a decision to have former leader Laurent Gbagbo tried at the international tribunal in the Hague. The spokesman for the ICC tells VOA French no final decision has been made on the matter.
