Boyakani moko motiyami maboko kati ya lingomba liye lizali na nse ya bokonzi ya Joseph Kabila na liye lizali na nse ya bokonzi ya mokonzi ya sika, Félix Tshsiekedi, mpo na botiyami ya gouvernement.

Boyokani yango eyebisi M. Kabila asala oyo "esengeli mpo na kopesa nzela na mokonzi ya ekolo kopoma ‘formateur’ ya gouvernement", mpe na président Tshisekedi "kotiya na lobango ‘Formateur’ ya gouvernement".

Mokando yango etiyami maboko na Néhémie Mwilanya Wilondja, coordonnateur ya Front commun pour le Congo (FCC) ya Joseph Kabila, mpe na Jean-Marc Kabund, président intérimaire ya l’UDPS (Union pour la démocratie et le progrès social) ya Félix Tshisekedi, mpo na Cach (Cap pour le changement).
